Biography

Janice was born in beautiful Prince Edward Island, part of the East Coast of Canada. She spent her childhood  and growing up years there learning and absorbing the meaning of hardwork and family.

Her passion in her first career was nursing, which lead her to move to Halifax, Nova Scotia. She worked in many aspects of this profession and loved helping individuals and families achieve their optimal health which looked different for each person and situation. Fast forward a few years and with 4 young children 5 years old and under, it was time to focus on family and enjoy their growing up early years.

During these years she enjoyed helping her husband, a custom home builder, with client meetings and building those relationships into an excellent referral base for his company. When she started considering going back to work outside the home, real estate was where she landed! That journey is a story all it's own which she is happy to share.

Being part of KW has been an incredible opportunity where passion and work have merged. Janice enjoys serving on the ALC for culture and education which has led to many growth opportunities. She is excited to be a QL instructor to blend her passion of giving back and encouraging youth and young adults to grow beyond what is expected of them but rather to dream big and go beyond!

She loves helping and giving back to the community whether local or international. Janice has had the opportunity to go to Ecuador multiple times to volunteer at a camp for underprivileged children and youth and is part of the camps North American board. She loved to volunteer anytime and be the "connector" when there is a need that has to be met.

Janice love to spend time adventuring with her hubby, Todd and her 4 amazing children - Rebekah, Rachel, Caleb and Anna. We can't forget her small companion Havenese pup either!
