Biography

I've been a resident of Jacksonville Fl for half my life - but I'm originally from the northeast.  I started out as a psych and dance major in college, then did the "lets move to NYC" when I graduated.  I did that for a few years, then came to Florida to get my union cards for acting (Florida is a right to work state). I did the waiting tables, auditioning thing for a few years, then realized that was not for me (I hated waiting tables) and sort of fell into television news ( I was watching a broadcast of the Gulf War and decided I might like working in a news room).  Again, I was fortunate to go right from an internship into a job - as a field producer for my stations election coverage - that job was AMAZING - however it ended at the election - and to keep me on they had to switch me to being what's called a line producer - which is just production work.  I hated it, and I hated working an overnight shift - so I moved to Jacksonville to get off of that shift - a few twists and turns in TV, and I ended up in sales, didn't love it, and eventually really disliked it - when my husband kept saying "you'd be good in real estate"  eventually I decided to make the jump, quit TV get a real estate licesnse and give it a go.  I've been doing this now since December 2004
