At the age of 18, I bought my first house and leased out the spare bedrooms. By 21, I acquired my second rental property. Before venturing into real estate full time, I worked as a machinist in manufacturing and held two separate engineering jobs, all without a degree. In 2017, I obtained my real estate license and since then, I've primarily focused on investment real estate. However, I still work with many regular residential buyers and sellers. One of my passions lies in smart home technology, and I've managed to connect over 200 devices in my own home.
