Josh Porthouse graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Art in Business in 2009. During college, Josh was a Founding Father for the Alpha-Mu Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. After graduating from Saint Leo University, Josh spent 16 years in the United States Marine Corps on active duty and in the reserves and was honorably discharged after serving in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM with the Joint Meritorious Service, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medals.
Josh has been a Residential Real Estate Agent for 2 years. He was awarded the Premier Agent status from Zillow in 2025. In addition, Josh closed his first three transactions within his first 90 days. He has served as the Keller Williams Military Market Center Ambassador in New Tampa, Advisor for the American Legion Post 108 Executive Board, Event Coordinator for Florida Veterans Coalition, and Host of Transacting Value Podcast online and with Wreaths Across America Radio. Currently, Josh is also a Contributing Writer for Firewatch Magazine.
Josh is a proud parent of one son, a passionate business strategist, and a member of the Florida Association of Veteran Owned Businesses. Josh's hobbies include fitness, podcasting, business development, and quality time with his family.
