Jay Jay Tolentino is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience, beginning his career while still in college at the University of Texas. Growing up in Killeen-Fort Hood, Jay Jay developed a deep sense of community and pride for his roots. His early exposure to financial literacy, spurred by reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, ignited his passion for real estate and financial freedom. He quickly built a reputation for helping people find apartments during college summers, transitioning from apartment locating to home sales with the guidance of mentors and a strong commitment to building relationships. Jay Jay's personal philosophy is centered on authenticity and understanding real estate as a tangible, financial asset that everyone should grasp.

A pivotal moment in Jay Jay’s career came when he joined Keller Williams and immersed himself in their real estate training programs, completing their BOLD course multiple times. His hard work and dedication paid off when, at just 26 years old, he secured enough savings to purchase a downtown high-rise condo—a key milestone in his professional and personal growth. He credits his success to his ability to build long-term relationships with his clients, many of whom were first-time homebuyers growing alongside him. These connections evolved into a thriving network, with many clients now turning to Jay Jay for their second homes and investment properties, reflecting the trust he has cultivated over the years.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Jay Jay is an active leader in his community and family. As leader of The Next LEVEL Property Group, he has built an award-winning team and embraced opportunities in property investment, including syndication projects. He is also a Certified ONE Thing Trainer, sharing his knowledge with others through coaching.
