Raedean has worked in the real estate industry for 17+ years, with experience in property management, relocation, new construction, short sales, & foreclosures. As the Director of Operations, she is passionate about advancing the client experience and agents' systems. Raedean holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Augsburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications from UW-River Falls.
Outside of the office, Raedean enjoys fitness, reality TV, and finding delicious local breakfast spots.
