Melba has been in real estate for 40 years. She has been a top producer, Managing Broker and Trainer. Recently she continues to train sales associates as well as handle Brokerage issues. Her mission is "to encourage, lead, grow, inspire, motivate ,those around me and have fun doing it". She has two married daughters and six grandchildren. She and her husband have been married over 50 years. She has been active in her church for over 40 years and taught children and youth for many of those years.
