Hello, I'm Thomas Baker.
In 1982 I was in the supermarket when I had a chance encounter with a friend from college. She was in Real Estate and felt that I would be great in the business. Well all these years later, I'm still at it. I love the business, and what owning a home can mean for most people, and their future.
I served in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve from 1985 to 2015, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer. I was recalled to active duty four times including in support of Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. I hold a Masters of Science in Quality Systems Management (MSQSM) and several professional designations including the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and have been a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) since 1987.
I have been a program leader at Landmark Worldwide, coaching programs such as the Self Expression and Leadership Program and the Introduction Leaders Program.
I also learned a thing or two along the way about owning property and how to leverage it to create wealth. I discovered that the earlier you can create a game plan to accomplish your goals (or even have goals) the more impact you can have on your life and the lives of others.
