Growing up, I always knew I wanted to be successful. I just couldn't tell you at what or how. That vision was there, but the path wasn't clear yet.
Real estate became my what. Watching a family member in the industry showed me early on what was possible when you show up with intention, and when I got into it myself, everything clicked. In my first full year, I graduated the coaching program 1st in closed volume and 2nd in closed units — and from that point on I've been consistently growing my business and capping every year since.
Quantum Leap made that possible. The models and mindsets in Quantum Leap became my how. It gave me the structure to channel my ambition, think bigger about what I was building, and move with clarity instead of guesswork. It turned a vision I couldn't quite articulate into something I could actually execute on. Now I'm running a listings-focused business in the Poconos and actively expanding into new markets.
I don't have it all figured out and I'm not here to pretend I do. I'm still on this journey myself, learning and growing every step of the way. But that's exactly what makes this meaningful to me. My goal is to help others find their own what and their own how — and use that to build a life they're truly proud of. If I can be a mentor, a sounding board, or even just proof that it's possible, that's enough for me.
