Biography

I am a passionate and caring adept problem solver, full time bilingual real estate agent in Pennsylvania, USA.

I've been failing forward for the last 20 years, with  a diverse entrepreneurial background that includes more than 20 years of experience in sales, finance, marketing, human resources and real estate. My survival kit includes God, my strategic thinking prowess, resilience , love for people and extensive accumulated knowledge and experience from traditional education such as an MBA from Villanova University with a major in Real Estate and Finance and world education from trips made outside my home country, Peru- USA, including Chile, Brasil, Canada, Hong Kong , Vietnam, China, Mexico, and Colombia.

In 2019 I got my real estate license now in PA, USA and join Keller Williams Real Estate . I had the honor to be the Rookie of the Year 2020 thanks to all the coaching provided and the culture shared at our KW office.

Since then, I've been taking several classes and implementing specific actions to drive my business growth. Quantun Leaps are the small steps I've been taking and have been helping me throughout my journey. I truly believe had I been introduced to QL in my early years , it would have made a huge difference in my life and a great impact on me and my family. 

I had the honor to serve in the ALC Agent Leadership Council in my office in our KW office in Blue Bell, PA in 2023. This year 2024 as an Incoming Sponsorship Director at the Board for NAHREP National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Profesionals in the Philadelphia Chapter and  Tomorrow will depend mostly on the small steps that I keep taking.

I live with my husband- Terry , my 5-yo daughter -Julia and my 7-yo dog - Happy. I love spending time with family and friends, dancing , listening to music, reading, traveling and enjoying Peruvian food. I am home.
