Biography

I'm on a journey to inspire through leadership and coaching after graduating from Baylor University, spending almost 13 years with IBM as a SW development Project Manager and now 12+ years with Keller Williams. I've been an agent, a leader on an agent team and had the opportunity to help buyers, sellers and investors with over 450 home sales. I've had the honor of being the Team Leader for KW Austin SW, leading over 1000 agents and am currently the Director of Franchise Launch at Keller Williams HQ. I get to wake up every day and serve the leaders of our company through education and resource development. My husband of 14+ years - JP Lewis - and I have 2 kids (18 and 13), multiple investment properties and are on a Wealth Building journey to change the trajectory of our family forever. We want more for all of those around us as well as for ourselves because money is good for the good it can do and we desire to influence more good in this world.
