A purpose-driven leader with a heart for service and a mind for strategy, I bring over 20 years of experience in real estate, leadership development, and professional training. Licensed as a real estate broker in five states, I’ve built a career on strong communication, impactful teaching, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed—both personally and professionally.

Whether I’m training new agents, speaking to large audiences, or coaching individuals through their next step, I lead with faith, integrity, and a desire to make a lasting difference. My calling is to inspire young minds to dream big, live with purpose, and lead with courage in every area of life.

Married for over 20 years and a proud parent to two incredible teenagers, I know the value of strong foundations—at home and in business. Outside of work, you'll find me cheering on my favorite NASCAR drivers and football teams with the same energy I bring to the classroom.
