I am an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, and marketing strategist dedicated to driving growth and innovation. As Founder and CEO of MCM Venture Partners, I provide business consulting and coaching to help entrepreneurs scale and succeed. I also lead MCM Marketing Services, a family-owned firm specializing in digital media and brand development.

In the real estate industry, I serve as the Market Center Technology Trainer & Director of Agent Services for the Best of State Real Estate Office in South Jordan, UT, and as the Director of Technology & Marketing for the top real estate office in Miami, FL. Additionally, I support Artema Group, a top-producing real estate team in Florida and Georgia, and manage branding and customer relations for Brookhill Real Estate Group, a high-performing team in Utah.

Beyond marketing and business strategy, I am passionate about mentorship and leadership development. I serve as an Instructor and Leader for KW Next Gen, helping young professionals build successful careers, and as the Founding Member of the Keller Williams Young Professionals Utah Chapter, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
