Ian McMullen is a real estate industry leader, marketing strategist, and business innovator dedicated to helping agents, teams, and brokerages grow through technology, branding, and strategic business development.
Ian currently serves as the Market Center Technology Trainer, Director of Marketing, and Director of Agent Services for Keller Williams South Valley in South Jordan, Utah, a Best of State real estate office, where he works closely with agents to implement technology, streamline operations, and elevate their businesses. With nearly eight years at Keller Williams, Ian has held a variety of leadership roles focused on agent development and operational excellence, including Director of Agent Services, Director of First Impressions, Assistant Market Center Administrator (AMCA), Assistant Team Leader, and Productivity Coach.
Throughout his career, Ian has supported multiple Keller Williams Market Centers across the country. He currently serves as Assistant MCA and Director of Agent Services for KW Arizona Realty and KW Southern Arizona, and provides technology training and leadership support for KW At The Parks, KW Miami, KW Atlanta Partners, KW Winter Park, and KW College Park. In total, Ian collaborates with and supports more than 1,500 agents across five regions, helping them leverage technology, marketing, and operational systems to grow their businesses.
In addition to his leadership roles within Keller Williams Market Centers, Ian works directly with high-performing real estate teams across the country. He supports Artema Group, a nationally recognized team operating in Florida and Georgia, and leads Branding and Customer Relations for Brookhill Real Estate Group, a nationally ranked Keller Williams team based in Utah. Through these partnerships, he helps teams strengthen their brand presence, implement scalable systems, and execute marketing strategies that drive consistent growth.
Over the years, Ian has developed a high-impact hybrid training model designed to effectively support agents across multiple Market Centers and regions. Ian also serves as a LABS Advisor, working directly with the KWRI technology team to test and improve new tools that enhance the agent experience.
Passionate about leadership development and mentorship, Ian is a certified KW Next Gen instructor and serves on the KW Next Gen Fundraising Committee with the Board of Directors, helping empower the next generation of real estate professionals. He is also a proud official representative for KW Cares in both the Utah and North Florida Regions, supporting philanthropic initiatives and agents in times of need.
Outside of his work within Keller Williams, Ian is the Founder and CEO of MCM Venture Partners, where he provides consulting and coaching for entrepreneurs, and leads MCM Marketing Services, a family-owned firm specializing in digital media and brand development.
