Biography

Vincent Principe didn't choose real estate so much as grow into it. His great-grandfather ran a brokerage in the 1950s, his father built homes for a living, and somewhere along the way, the craft of helping people put down roots became part of his DNA. Born and raised in Maryland, Vince has deep ties throughout the DMV and beyond, and a genuine love for the communities he serves.

After DeMatha and Catholic University, Vince spent several years cooking in some of DC's most acclaimed Michelin-starred kitchens, including Masseria, Pineapple and Pearls, and Rose's Luxury. That chapter shaped him in ways that still show up every day in his work: the discipline of craft, the attention to detail, and above all, a standard of hospitality that most people in any industry never reach. Real estate, it turned out, was the perfect place to bring all of that.

What Vince does is bigger than buying and selling homes. He connects people, to the right property, to the right opportunity, and to each other. As the lead agent and sales manager at THINK Real Estate under Keller Williams, he brings a calm, grounded presence and a coach's mindset to every transaction. He specializes in listing strategy and home marketing, but his clients will tell you the real value is in his consistency, his honesty, and the way he makes a complicated process feel like you've got someone genuinely in your corner.

Outside of real estate, Vince serves as president of Young Catholic Professionals Baltimore and is active in his Homeland neighborhood where he lives with his wife Alexis and son Dean. For him, faith, family, community, and work aren't separate things. They're one life, lived with intention.
