I am a lifelong native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and my professional journey has been anything but one-dimensional. Before real estate, I worked in banking and owned a retail shop, experiences that helped shape my heart for people, business, and growth. I entered real estate in 2002 and have since worn many hats along the way: single agent, listing specialist, buyer specialist, ISA on a highly successful team, broker, and later Director of Career Development after being recruited to Keller Williams Greater Chattanooga. Today, I am honored to serve as the Assistant Team Leader of that office.
Keller Williams has changed my life both personally and professionally. Through the leadership development and personal growth opportunities the company offers—especially experiences like Quantum Leap and The ONE Thing Workshop—I discovered an even deeper purpose: to share life-changing models, mindsets, and possibilities with the next generation. I believe young people deserve the chance to discover their focus, uncover their passion, and step into lives of meaning and impact much earlier than many of us did.
Helping encourage and empower students in that journey is deeply connected to my BIG WHY. It brings me joy, fulfillment, and a sense of calling to be part of something that can truly make a difference in the world.
At my core, I love to encourage, empower, and energize.
