Biography

Sam Kreiser, Associate Broker, REALTOR® and CEO of The Dahlia Group, is a detail-oriented professional renowned for her exceptional customer service and effective, motivating leadership. 

Currently, she serves as the Greater PA Region's Inclusion and Belonging Leader, a member of the the YWCA of Lancaster Property committee, a member of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission Advisory Council, a member of KW Elite's Agent Leadership Council, and an instructor at her local REALTOR® Association.

Sam's leadership is notably visionary, as evidenced by her founding of The Dahlia Group in 2020 on core principles of grace, dignity, creativity, and transformative change within the real estate sector. Further showcasing her proactive leadership, she is also the Founder and Director of the Pennsylvania
Real Estate Anti-Racism Coalition, dedicated to fostering real estate opportunities for underserved communities and reforming industry practices to eradicate racial disparities.
