Rene is a dedicated professional and family man with a diverse career and rich personal life. Married to Amy since 1990, he is a proud father of four—two biological and two adopted, including a child with special needs. With 25 years of experience owning and operating restaurant businesses, he later transitioned to a successful career in engineering, servings for seven years as a lead engineer for the world’s largest service company in deep water drilling operations. Joined the KW family as a Team Leader in 2019 where he played a crucial role in growing his market center to over 400 agents. Since 2021, he has been the Regional Director for the Gulf States, where he continues to drive success and inspire his team.
