Biography

Karen embarked on her journey in the real estate industry at the age of 23. Over time, she transitioned into roles that allowed her to nurture the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs, driven by her deep-seated passion for empowering young adults. This path led her to become a Quantum Leap Instructor, anticipating the positive impact she could make on the lives of young people.

Initially starting in real estate sales, Karen progressed to become a managing broker and dedicated herself to teaching real estate classes across the Southeast Region. In 2015, she made a deliberate decision to align herself with Keller Williams (KW), drawn by the company's values and the abundant opportunities it offered its associates. Inspired by her success within KW, Karen sought to assist others in achieving their own successes, prompting her to take on coaching and leadership roles. She eventually assumed the position of Productivity Coach and later served as the Team Leader/CEO of the Keller Williams Charleston Mt Pleasant Market Center.

After a period focused on coaching and leadership, Karen returned to her original passion for serving real estate clients. She is currently an integral member of The Temple Team, operating out of Keller Williams Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC. Karen is enthusiastic about her role within the team and looks forward to meeting the real estate needs of her clients with dedication and expertise.
