A natural leader, educator, and fiduicairy advisor, Michelle relocated to North Carolina from New Jersey and purchased a national childcare franchise in the Lake Norman, NC area. She owned the business for eight years and, she built it into a Five-Star facility, North Carolina’s highest designation. In 2016, Michelle obtained her real estate license and transitioned from taking care of people’s children to helping with their second most-prized possessions, their homes.
Recently, Michelle was selected as one of America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents for North Carolina – Charlotte, Metro and is also a graduate of the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University. Michelle is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. Soon after, Michelle attended Montclair State University, from which she graduated with a Master of Arts degree. Michelle is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers(NAREB) and the United Developers Council.

Michelle was the visionary for the first Keller Williams International Leading Ladies with Power & Purpose event, in the Carolinas Region, in March 2021. She has also taken on several leadership roles within Keller Williams Premier Realty.
