Biography

Lesley graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and went on to obtain her Masters in Teaching from Oglethorpe University. After teaching first-grade for five years, Lesley longed for a career where she could put her business degree to use and found real estate. She loved the entrepreneurial nature and the ability to develop lifelong relationships inside this new industry. In her first full year, she closed 23 transactions between March and December and was named Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road. As her client base grew, Lesley formed a team so she could continue to provide the exceptional level of service she had built her reputation on.

For seventeen years, Lesley was the glue that held all things together at The Peters Company. As founder and co-owner, she literally held every position on the team. Andy, her business partner and husband, jokes that she was the “swiss army knife” of the organization. Her impeccable understanding of real estate sales and operations was a dynamite combination for The Peters Company, which was a top 1% real estate team nationally for eleven straight years.

Today, you will find Lesley leading, coaching, and training 3,000 agents throughout a network of Keller Williams Realty franchises known as the Georgia Legacy Group and Carolina Legacy Group. She is incredibly proud to be a member of Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind Group, a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer and former MAPS coach.

Lesley believes real estate and teaching are her lifelong calling. She divides her time between Atlanta, Coastal Georgia and the Carolinas with her husband and business partner Andy, two children John Morgan and Vada, and two dogs Byrdie and Bizzy.
